Memorial Home Cares health fair and wheelchair tune-up on Saturday, August 23, from 8 a.m. to noon. The event takes place at Memorial Home Care, 3355 Douglas Road, South Bend.

Blood donors will be eligible for a $50 gas card door prize. The mobile BMV unit will be on site for residents to obtain a State identification card or drivers license.

To help the growing number of adults who are taking responsibility for the care of their parents, Memorial Home Care is offering a series of classes on easier and safer ways to take care of their daily needs and make them more comfortable.
